Before I joined Jola’s challenge I felt older than my years and tired and my mobility was poor. I wanted to improve my eating habits, learn to make healthy choices and change my routines. I thought that losing weight would improve my mobility and my overall wellbeing.
I liked the recipe suggestions and the coaching from Jola who has been supportive, motivating, and strengths based in her approach. I have lost a stone in 8 weeks and maintained it. My life is so different now as I feel better, my mood is better, I sleep better and I am less tired. I started attended gym twice a week and I am convinced that I wont return to my bad hobbits as before the Challenge.

"When I started challenged, I had no understanding of what food does and needed to gain knowledge to improve my health. I loved the education provided to me by Jola especially on addiction and what it does to you. Before I joined, I was addicted to alcohol & overweight and didn’t realise what impact it had on your body and health in my age. Now I have a drink very occasionally and drink plenty of water instead. I also changed my eating habits and reduced portion sizes which has helped me to decreased my weight and improved my wellbeing. "Challenge run by Jola has changed the following for me: I eat now regularly and every 3 hours and I am very careful about it. I plan what to eat and prepare all earlier, if I know that I won’t have time to prepare on time. I noticed a change in my body. I lost weight in centimeters. I feel much better although I have a decline in strength sometimes. Overall, a great challenge that teaches you a lot and change the way you think about nutrition and habits.
