Join 5 Day Eat Clean Challenge

It has been designed to enroll you slowly into a healthier lifestyle. Over these 5 days we introduce you to the fundamental elements to living healthy life as well as getting you into action through daily challenges in a judgement-free, supportive environment. So far the collaboration between each other has been amazing and we all have fun by following simple steps.

Join 3 Weeks Challenge

This is a brand new challenge only introduced in June 2020. It was designed to get people in the best shape they can imagine only in 3 weeks.

We have designed a special program to meet our customer’s goals and we expect to stick to it like to glue and you will be amazed with the results. It’s all about your shape and how you will transform over this time. 

At the end we will announce the top three winners who will be awarded with a cash price. This month we have enrolled 200 people and the top pot is £500 but you have to be in it to win it.

  • 4 Week Challenge has changed for me the following:

    • I eat now regularly and every 3 hours and I am very careful about it.
    • I plan what to eat and prepare all earlier, if I know that I won’t have time to prepare on time.
    • I noticed a change in my body
    • I lost weight in centimetres
    • I feel much better although I have a decline in strength sometimes.  

    Overall, a cool challenge that teaches you a lot and change the way you think about nutrition and habits.  Dishes are made very quickly and are very tasty.

    I really enjoyed it and I am grateful and ready for the next one as want to achieve even more.
